Fixing a broken UCA200

If anyone else out there in the big, bad interwebs has a Behringer mixer with the El Cheapo USB interface, this article is for you.
On Mac OS X (and presumably on windows, too), the little sucker likes to switch it’s output back to 8-bit out. This results in the audio being all distorted and crappy.
