I’ve got the first 3 tracks cut. So far, the show sounds really good. I’ll try to finish up the rest this weekend, and post the links here.

I’m taking this time to teach myself Logic, so the going (or at least the starting) was a bit slow. I’m on a roll now, so things are proceeding along well.

I came home, all excited to edit up the show into mp3s for your enjoyment, only to be greeted by the sound of a scraping disk in my laptop…

[EDIT 2: DiskWarrior can't repair the disk, but I can build me a "preview disk." I used this preview disk to get everything that I didn't backup last week off the drive. All seems to be okay with the recording, thank god...]

I went and checked out the venue last night – it’s pretty small, very chill, and should be a good place to debut.

The show that Athena booked for us as a birthday gift will be next Tuesday, March 11th, 7 – 8:30pm. The Ryans will be playing at Caffe Trieste at 1667 Market Street (Market & Gough), in San Francisco. I can’t tell you how excited I am, or how lucky I feel that someone I love booked me a show.
